United Poly & Packaging Supplies maintains this site for your
information and convenience. Your use of this site is subject
to the terms and conditions set forth below.
Payment and Credit Terms: All items bought on this site are to
be purchased via credit card only. We accept Visa, Discover,
Master Card and American Express.
Prices: Prices listed are retail, do not include freight,
handling fees, taxes, and are subject to correction or change
without notice. Market sensitive commodity products will be
priced according to current market conditions. You can contact

before ordering. United Poly & Packaging Supplies, LLC,
reserves the right to accept or reject any order.
Sales Tax: Since items are being shipped out via UPS, all
orders within the state of Ohio, will be taxed the appropriate
tax rate for your county. If you are tax exempt, please state
that at the time of your order and fax over your tax exempt
form to 614-545-4449. We do not collect out of state taxes. FAQ’S
Return Policy: Product returns must be made within 30 days
from date of purchase. The customer is responsible for return
freight charges (unless the item is defective) and a 15%
restocking fee. Returned product must be in original
packaging, unused and undamaged and in saleable condition.
Proof of purchase is required.
If the item is defective contact United Poly & Packaging
Supplies at 614-545-0028 for instructions. The manufacturers
of our items guarantee their products 100%, so we do the same
for you as well. The item must be returned however for the
credit with proof of purchase.
Cancellations: Customers will be responsible for shipping
charges and 15% re-stocking fees if orders are not cancelled
prior to shipping.
Shipping: Orders will be shipped via UPS. Some items may be
considered over-size and therefore UPS will charge an oversize
fee which will be charged to the customer. You will be
notified when the item is being shipped. All in-stock items
typically ship within 1-2 business days. You will be notified
if an item is on back-order and will then be notified when the
back order is ready to ship. |
